Bug in Door representation in plan

Hi, I'm having this problem here, I have this door and two window above it, and this is what's happening. The door is showing wrong in the plan, it appear projected and symbolic at the same time. And this is happening to me twice, I have to door with the same situation and the same problem, others doors are good.

Does someone knows how to fix this?
