Hi,
I’ve created some door openings in Archicad, but they are not appearing on the floor plan.
I would like the openings to display with dashed lines, as shown in the attached picture.
Could anyone help me resolve this issue?
Thank you!

There should be an arch topped empty opening in the door tool. If you open the door tool parameters and navigate through the various options available for doors there should be a folder in the Library called Empty Openings. Within there are various flat and arch topped style openings. Find the one you need. Under the floor plan and section settings in the parameters there should be an option to turn the dashed lines on.

Select the element you have and use the arrow to make it an empty opening. This is a different object than the objects in the library.

Hi,
Thank you for providing the solution! I appreciate your help.
However, when I apply it, the arch opening is replaced by a rectangular one, and I need to maintain the arch shape.
Do you have any alternative solutions that might address this?
Thanks again for your assistance!
