Can a library part query a layout name?

Hopefully a quick question for any GDL guru...

We have a North Point library part and we'd like to have it turn off if the Layout Title does not contain the word 'PLAN'. Is it possible for a library part to query a layout name? If so, can you please provide the code?

I don't think so.
You can of course use autotext in an object to place the name of the layout but as far as I know you can't enquire the autotext in any way to find out exactly what is in it.
