Ci Window Glitch - Pattern

For some reason all of my windows now have a pattern in the glazing... see attached images.

It is the same image (almost like half a vase shape?) and its on every window, but only once on each window object, usually on the very right hand panel.

You can see it in elevation, 3D and even in the Object Settings window.

I have tried changing the glass material, even putting in a solid surface instead of glass and the shape is still there??

Please help, I need to submit these plans soon and I cant get rid of it!

Operating system used: Windows 11 Business

That is certainly unusual.

Not familiar with their windows, but are they using complex profiles in them by any chance?

Looks like the baluster that comes in the OOTB template.
