Column Label Marker

This is a Column Label Marker I created which displays the ID (optional), Width and Depth of the Column.

But I need a help, The marker is always placed at a distance from the column and I need to drag the marker everytime.

I now the text placement is the thing which I need to look at but I am unable to define the position of it.

Can we find out the coordinates of the column so that I can use these parameters to place the text more precisely.

Please give your feedback on this.
