DOOR AND WINDOW CASING

Is there a way to match the setting of window casing to the door casing shown here? Notice that for the door the siding will but up to the casing.

In the window it does not look like this is even an option. Is there a different window that will show the casing like the door or is it just not possible to do this with the windows ?
