I found something missing in the documentation of REQUEST ("ASSOCLP_PARVALUE",:

flags = j1 + 2 * j2 + 8 * j4, + 64 * j7 + 128 * j8,
where ji can be 0 or 1

j1 ( 1 ) : child
j2 ( 2 ) : bold
j4 ( 8 ) : unique parameter
j7 ( 64 ) : disabled
j8 ( 128 ) : hidden

Nothing importatnt but one of these missing informations.
