Door with angled top

I am trying to create a door with an angled top. There si no standard door object that allows for this (as there is one for windows) and when I try to create a custom door leaf, the leaf is correct, but the casing does not follow sit, like this:

Any solutions out there?

You will need to create a custom Door element (frame and all) from slabs in the plan view.
