Doors and windows disapperar when i print

Hello,

When i print the plan (pdf or paper) the doors and windows are disappered. But when i draw, on the plan, they are there.
Does anyone know how to fix this?? ((

How do you print?
Do you just print the Floor Plan you are seeing using File\Print?
Or do you publish those Floor Plans? If you publish them, they are printed using the setting of the Saved View that is printed. Probably you Model View Options defined for that View have Doors/Windows hidden in them.

i am just printing like: file / print. this is so weird because i see them on the screen, and when i print from file print it should print what i see on the screen right?

i am so confused and i have my project submission date very soon

any clue what could be wrong?
