Found some info on the subject here.
The first two lines say enough I think.
You can put in a title at your drawing in a layout.
When you right-click your drawing you can go to 'Drawing Selection Settings' and modify your settings there:

In AC18 (I didi not check AC17), uncheck "Uniform Text Format" and each text item will have a Font Size parameter.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
