Duct Obstruction 27 object defaults to "Rise"

I'm using ArchiCAD 28 Studio on Windows 11 and have modelled the ventilation ductwork for a house.

Everything works fine except for the Duct Obstruction 27 object always defaults to "Rise" even after you select "Drop" anyone know of a fix?

Only thing I can think of is convert it to a morph and flip it over but I would prefer a fix to the GDL code if possible.

@TLOTrike

You mention Archicad Studio.

Is that duct obstruction object a MEP object?

If so MEP does not work in the Studio version of the software as far as I know.

I believe you can see it, but you can't manipulate it.

MEP works in AC28. It doesn't work in AC29, sadly.

As I couldn't get it to behave so I resorted to converting it to a morph and flipped it over that way.
