Duplicate Object in Monolithic Archicad Library 28

There is a duplicate object (Tolerance.gsm) when following Option 1 instructions for Archicad 28 Migration.

I also have noticed quite an increment in the loading time of any file that uses the library packages, specially in BIMcloud. This needs to be addressed in future updates please.
