You can import this in Archcad. in V16 - You need the Plugin for Google sketchup - download and install it - then You get a new menue within Archicad to import this things.

But there are som restrictions - If You import from Google sketchup - it will make GDLs with so much 3Dfaces You wouldnt be able to count..- which slows down Archicad.

And to clarify, this functionality is built into AC17 and above. Integrated Connections with Google Earth, Sketchup Get the add-ons for older versions: http://www.archicadwiki.com/SketchUp

To cleanup triangulation from imported objects see this article: http://www.archicadwiki.com/RemoveTriangulationFromImportedObjects But Hmooslechner is correct, excessive polygons can still slow down your file. You should choose efficiently made models to balance good looks and high performance.
