Help please with libraries

Hello everyone,

I have fresh install of Archicad 10 EDU Polish version 1010 (latest patch applied, 1 year activation) on freshly installed Windows XP.

I cannot see any objects, i.e. doors or windows, can't add them to the project.

I tried adding Archicad 9 libraries, bo no luck either.

When I open archive project saved in Archicad 9, I can see chairs, windows, all objects that project uses, but I cannot add anything new to it.

I'm new to Archicad, it seems to me that this is some kind of library problem.

Are your libraries loaded?

What is the status of the preview window? Upper left corner of the dialog box?

What is the service pack of your Windows XP?
