How do I model this simple door?

A double door with overlight. Door leafs need to be different.
The object needs to be one part.

Did you try one of these solutions ?
A - Create your own door panel
B - Use curtain wall tool to do 3 different parts of your door
C - Create your own door with GDL code

1) CI Tools Doors+Windows (illustrated left)

2) Modular Joinery object, available from GS UK and some AC distributors (illustrated right)

The Double Door Asymmetric, if not all of the double doors, really should have independent Door Panel options...

Thasnk for your suggestions.
A - doesn't work with that object.
B - never ever because of scheduling.
C - I'm not worthy.
