Incline code for custom objects

Some time back an A.C. user posted the code for inclining any object and the process for adding all the information on a new object. Does anyone remember this and where to find it? I have searched with no luck.

OBJECTiVE can automatically add the required parameters and scripts (and provide the tools for rotating and cutting objects).
