SmartParts is an add-on library. It used to be much more useful than the AC windows (and doors and trim and furniture, etc) were. I have not checked out the AC10 library enough to say if that's still the case,

The CADImage Wall Accessory Tool can add in the type of brick return you are talking about. It's been a while since I've used it, but I seem to remember it working pretty well.
