SOLVED!

Is there a way to transfer settings from one door object to another?

The pick-up tool will suck all properties of a door. But what if I want all the same settings (trim, door leaf style, jamb, colors, threshold...) there are so many settings? What if I just want all the same settings, but I want a single and a double door to be exactly the same? Is there an easy way to do this with out having to make notes on a piece of paper and manually write them in for the next door object?

The extremely old trick (Pre AC08 if I am correct) is:

1. Eyedrop the settings from the door without selecting it.
2. Open the "Door Settings Pane" either doble clicking the icon
3, Navigate to the door that you want (Double Door in this case)
-----
DO NOT CLICK ON IT!
-----
4. Inject (CMD+Opt in Mac) on the icon of the door
5. This transfers all settings from the previous door and then you can edit what is different

-----
This trick is not limited only to doors
