Libpacks in BIMcloud take long time to load

Since the change to library packs, the loading times of BIMcloud libraries has increased more than 10 fold. See video below comparing the same template loading libraries from BIMcloud both in Archicad 27 and 28. While Archicad 27 loaded the same libraries in around 20 seconds, in Archicad 28, using libpacks, the total library loading time of approximately 2 minutes and 33 seconds just to open a single project template.

This loading time also happens when refreshing the libraries. This is a very long wait time for a user to begin working or update libraries.
Please provide feedback, as this is a serious problem that I suppose most Archicad 28 users have been facing in silence.

Any feedback from Graphisoft technical team? Our local support promised that this issue would be resolved by Archicad 29.2, but it is still the same. Updating Local Library data still takes ages and it updates even when there are no changes in the libraries. It does not make sense.

As others have mentioned, I have been repeatedly stop-clicking the Downloads dialog to speed things up, but that's just wrong, and it's not the only teamwork operation that is slow.
