I have a double door in a schedule and have selected leaf dimensions.
However, it gives a total combined size for the leaf's, not a separate
size for each. Is there a way to have a schedule show the individual
leaf sizes? Operating system used: Windows 11 25H2
I'm wondering if anyone has a workflow for updating keynotes on multiple
layouts. For example, a colleague made a key note "RN-01 Rainwater pipes
Min 2 no. per gutter." This has been placed on three layouts, 2 detail
drawings and 1 roof plan and then issued as P01. I've then...
Currently, the keynote replace tool/option (accessed via a right click
on the desired keynote) transfers all the settings in the favourite
selected in the keynote palette. It currently ignores any of the
settings in the element transfer settings. This means you need a
favour...
Similar to the new uniform insulation button add a uniform route
specification as mock up below. Currently, you need to change the
branch, segment, elbow and transition on three separate tabs and fields.
We have a project where we are retaining a curtain wall but re-painting
the frame. So the current workflow is to demolish the existing and
create a new object. Only problem is we don't what to show the curtain
wall as demolished. So we wanted to use a graphic override. This ...
The other thing that needs to be considered with this is the 3mm gap
between leaves. I think the undercut parameter works for the leaf
height, so something similar for double doors would be needed.
@Marcus Scott Thanks, this works. Unfortunately, there is a flaw in that
these sizes don't account for a gap between leaves, which is nominally
3mm. I imagine that's down to the model. As you can't use the object
parameters with expression, I don't see a workaround. Which, s...
Agreed. I have raised this with someone directly at Graphisoft and have
seen/tested a UKI library preview with a rotary isolator and a few minor
items. But I always end up using a cube for so many MEP items that I
can't use an archicad library part or get from manufacturers.
Having different start and End styles would be a good one too. I've
often had to adjust and readjust railings where one end needed to
oversail by regulation 300mm whilst the other end finished up to a wall
so needed no oversailing.
