Library Loading Report error

I am creating a new base template in AC 12 that has absolutely no library parts placed in it. I only have the AC 12 library loaded and AC is telling me it is updated and the latest library available.

Attached is a screen shot of the "Missing Library Parts". Does anyone know how I might get rid of this? Was this an AC 12 bug never resolved?

I created a "NEW AND RESET" version of the file and it is still there!!!

Any thoughts on this.....?

This is an infamous annoyance, that is finally solved in AC14. It has something to with the project before your current one.
Just go to Options/Element attributes/Zone categories and assign a valid zone stamp to the categories.

Excellent diagnosis!!! The only thing I would add to your solution is you need to add a valid zone stamp to each category. That took me a couple tries to figure out.
