Linking to newer parts

We are int he process of dwon addition work for some clients we did work for using ARchicade 6.5 and 7.0....What is the best way to relink the part to the euivalent 8.1 library parts.....

Select the old objects by find&select, open library manager, point to the new object.

If you are using the updated libraries (see US TR Web site), there might be no need to update the old objects.
