MEP Pipe with symbolic linetype

Strangely, the AC 29 MEP systems cannot be assigned any linetypes that are symbolic.

I have written a workaround, attached, with a custom object for straight pipe segments.

It allows you to override the centreline linetype.

Because elbows and transitions are so short I didn't bother with them, but if you do want to do the same for other MEP route sub-objects, just look at line 51 to 54 in the master script, which overwrites the linetype of the pipe route, and lines 6-29 of the interface script, which adds the controls.

Great idea!

I also complained about this. It's so weird that it is not possible out of the box.

Not using 29 so I'm not sure whether this can work, can you use a solid line and then a graphic override to change each system / layer etc to the symbolic linetype.
