MaxonForm and GDL 3D-shapes

I have question to users MaxonForm and knowing GDL. I have not found the information interesting me, therefore have decided to address to you.
Question:
How MaxonForm returns elements in ArchiCAD? Whether it keeps 3D shapes? Or translates all in polygons?

Thanks.

It creates GDL meshes (I presume), which are not meant to be edited in the GDL editor.

However, when you re-edit the same GDL object with MaxonForm, every parametric object and its settings is restored in MaxonForm, so you keep the editability. It's a real two-way process: keep editing MaxonForm objects in MaxonForm.

The concept is nice.
