Missing Attributes in Library Elements – Teamwork File / Educational Version

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue with missing library elements in an Archicad 29 Teamwork project.

Some library elements are missing their required attributes, and we are not sure how these attributes should be loaded or restored. The elements themselves appear to be missing or incomplete because the related attributes are not available in the project.

This is a Teamwork File, and we are using an Educational Version of Archicad 29.

Could someone please explain how we can properly load or restore the missing attributes for these library elements? We would also like to know whether there is a specific workflow for handling this issue in a Teamwork project.

Did this happen to an existing teamwork file, or when you shared a project?

It happened immediately after sharing the file. Each member tried creating a new file and sharing it, but as soon as the file was shared, the attributes went missing. Could this issue be related to some kind of AC 29 update?
Maybe we could try loading the attributes library from AC 27, which we used previously. I don't know if that's possible, though.

If it only happened when you shared, and you were using local libraries prior to sharing, check to ensure that the library versions on the server is the same as the ones as the ones used locally. Though if they were not, I would expect a lot of missing objects as well...

Can you show exactly what the warning message is about the attributes?

Is it a missing texture or some other error?

The exact warning is related to the surfaces. As far as we can tell, everything else works correctly regarding the attributes, but the surfaces are missing. If the surfaces work correctly in the offline files, is there a way to identify which library contains them and load that library into the Teamwork file?
