Missing libraries from TEMPLATE file

HiI! I just saved template for another person to work in (both in archicad 29). when the person opened the template, they are missing all my file textures. Should not the template load absolutely everything I had in the file so someone opening the template have access to it and can work in it without issues? I thought that archicad changed how the libraries works exactly for this reason?

Also I have there Section Part marker_NCS.gsm missing - I don't know from when it;s started ti be missing or how it got missing, so is there a way to load it and if so, from where? Or remove completely so it doesnt show as error? I don't think I am using it.

Thank you 🤗

A template will only refer to external files like textures and objects. Only when saved in the embedded library no loss will occur when giving your file to a 3rd party person – but don't do that. Too many files in the embedded lib is not good.

You could save your file as a .pla: that would incorporate everything that is used in the file. (And by used I mean: actually placed)

Or you also hand out your libraries with your template...
