Missing windows and doors in ArchiCAD 16

Hi all,

I have recently had some computer problems where I've had to do a complete re install and upgrade to Windows 7 from XP. I have ArchiCAD 16 up and running now though (I was previously using 15) but when I open the project I was working on before my computer went nuts there are no windows or doors visible. I've never had this problem when upgrading ArchiCAD versions before, I've heard about this happening to people before but I'm not sure how to fix it.

Any help? Screen shot attached.

Thanks guys

Could be your Model View Options.

My window Model View Options looks the same. Could it have something to do with the library parts folder set to the wrong destination or something??

That could well be.
Does look like missing library part dot is in your image.
What does your library manager say?
Do they show in 3D?
If so possible Floor Plan Cut Plane
or Story height set to some very low number.

This may be different on NZ?
Go to file>Libraries and Objects>Library Manager
and hit the Add bar on top.
Navigate to:
Look on your hard drive, usually C.
Program files (if 64 bit)
Graphisoft
Archicad 16 or 15
Archicad Library 16 or 15
It should remember from now on
unless you change location of Library.
