New meshes and object wont appear in saved 3d views

One possibility is the Renovation Status of the new Meshes is different from the older ones, and the Renovation Filter is hiding them. Check their renovation Status. If you option-click an element to pick up its properties, it does not transfer the Renovation Status.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

If your 3D is a saved View, that View also contains information about what elements to display in 3D.
Maybe it does not include the Mesh you created in the Floor Plan Viewpoint.
Activate the saved 3D View, then right-click and select the "Show All in 3D" command. If this is the cause, it should display that Mesh you created.
You would then need to resave the View to include those elements as well.
