I would just model one using slabs, walls, etc. Once you have it all modeled, select all of it - convert to a morph then with all the new morphs still selected modify the morphs with the union command to make a single element. If you want to change the 2D appearance, save the new single morph as a GDL object and modify the 2D view of the object (lines arcs and fills).
