Shower Drain pan with drain in the center?

a shower drain pan object that indicates the drain in the "center" as opposed to the last releases drains showing on the edge or corner?

Is there not the 2 options in the USA version like this

This is option 2, just click the small arrow, top right corner of the symbol type
