I import the .skp object, convert it to a morph (to cleanup the 2D lines) and then save it as an object.
The saved object gets rotated, making it difficult to place square to my plan.
I tried adding hotspots, but it still rotates.
Anyone have the same problem?
Solutions?
Thanks

Are you saving from floorplan or 3D window?

Just tried it with a new "clean" file and
it worked fine.
Even though I "reset orientation"
(I was in a rotated, saved floor plan view)
in the original file.... it was the angle of the rotation... I think.
EDIT:
Figured it out.
The imported object's orientation aligns to project NORTH.
it worked fine.
