Sliding window and door direction opening arrow not showing.

There is no opening direction arrow for sliding doors and windows in AC28?

I have tried the MVO and the doors and windows are set to symbolic but still don't show whether windows or Mac.

My template or archicad - see image- still no arrow- anyone have a solution or workaround?

Yes, they do. I don't have any sliding windows at the moment.

The sliding door (at the bottom left) has the following relevant settings:

I will not paste absolutely all of them but if you need a few more, of course I will. With this object, Multipanel sliding door, which was the part of the Library Update 1, we finally got a useful tool for the type of sliding doors we use in practically every project.

This object works nice, and it can even show a half-opened door on plan (or 3D) as expected, if you change the 2D/3D opening length. The arrow moves with the sliding part, too.

(EDIT: I pasted another picture to show another door with a slightly different size next to it, and their respective markers.)

Thank you!

So the international doors have arrows but USA doors dont- I see. That was the problem.

I'm glad you found the root cause of your problem. Please send a bug ticket to Graphisoft or the firm that sold you ArchiCAD. It's much more likely it will be addressed that way.
