Stair Symbol is not displaying on story above

Hi guys !

I've created a custom stair from a fill and it worked just fine, but the problem is that cannot make the stair symbol on the story above to appear, I used every option available on the stair settings toggling on/off the strange situation is that when I'm on the upper floor plan I'm able to see the stair symbol the way is supposed to be displayed as part of the ghost story below where the stair initially was placed...

And this also happens on any type of stairs from AC10 library

I would very much appreciate any advice on this issue !!!

Thank You

In case of Stairs, the Show On Stories field must be set to One Story Up.
Then, usually there is a parameter (in AC10 it is called Story Sensitivity in case of complete Stairs) which must be set for the Stair to appear on Stories other than its Home Story.

I already checked the story sensitivity and it doesn't work either
but I'm still able to see the stair when I move one story above...

What is your story setting set to right now? It should be set to "One Story Above"
