We downloaded a 3d tree and we're using it now as a default tree to our model. The thing is it's not represented well in 2d. It just appears as random dots.
Is there a way to apply the parameters from the ArchiCad trees (with 2d plan and section views) to the downloaded tree?
Thanks in advance!

You would have to edit the script of that GDL Object to achieve that.
Actually, it is possible to do if you know a bit of GDL. You would have to open both GDL Objects (the ARCHICAD one with the desired 2D and the downloaded GDL Object) and you would probably have to do some copy-pasting of script segments from one to the other to achieve the same 2D representation.

Typically, the 2D script uses some parameters too (pen color, fill type, and maybe a selector [with VALUE list] for the symbol itself). Those parameters needs do be created in the target objet too.
