Trying to create shear wall symbol

I am trying to create a simple shear wall symbol -- maybe a label -- like the attached, where the lower part would have an adjustable ID for shear wall type, and the upper length would automatically pick up the length of the dashed line. I am flexible as to symbol shape, leader, etc. but it needs to have the two lines of text separated by a line. I'm not finding a way for any of the labels to extract a 2D line length.

Can anyone point me in the direction of an OOTB two line geometric label or library part which might do this, or even a commercially available part? TIA-

A quick look...........masterscripts label everything can read the
length of a wall and ID if the wall and combine them into 1 label.
I could not get a line to go all the way through the label so I used
underscore for the text of the ID.

It's close.

Dave,
It never occurred to me to use a single line wall. So, your suggestion solved it! AC21 has a Generic Label that will work just fine for this. Although it's only available as a rectangle, it does have a frame where the lines of text are in their own cells. Thanks!
