View angle of objects in Elevation window

Does anyone know/have apx or routines that can pass the floor plan angle of the elevation marker doing the elevation? ie object in elevation window needs to know if its being looked at orthogonally by an elevation marker.

AFAIK is there no GDL command or global parameter to "ask" this for. But we asked GS this for a while. 😉
