This is a big problem, holding up office wide implementation because there's no way I'm telling Joe Average User to go in and start deleting TW Data files, and it's doing it fairly regularly on our test project, so if I had to go around and take care of this for the whole office everytime it cropped up would be a major time burden.
This is fixed in AC14 3202. Hotfix 1 will contain it. Until then make sure not to use the Local Data Manager for deleting libraries. (Just delete the whole TW Data\L-2 folder)
