casement window symbol

the casement window swing direction appears strange...the 2d direction is showing the hinge is back-to-back??? can someone enlighten me on this?

Check Model View Options > Options for GDL Objects (ArchiCAD 13) > Show Opening Lines in 3D for Doors and Windows > Line Orientation [Handle or Hinges].
