In 12 at least: Assume it hasn't changed in 13?
The basics.
Select your Slabs/(all that you want as that particular object)>File>Libraries and Objects>Save Selection as: Name it and select where you want it stored.
Then if you go to object tool (chair) it will be there.
However you need to pay attention to where you put it, because it might not be there the next time.
So pay attention to the top of the dialog box to set which file you put it in.
Or better yet put it in a library(folder) you already routinely load.
If you change the view, you might then have to reload that library.
But for now it will be auto highlighted in the object tool right after you create it.

the problem comes when I want to draw a 3d model, rotate it (I did it by view in generic axonometry) and now I want to save the object as it is rotated (for example I draw a shape of a heart with a slab and then I want to rotate it so that would be a horizontal shape so later I can put it for example on the wall)
and when saving the 3d view from axonometry I can only save top side or bottom view so object won't be saved the way I want it to be
I know that my friend in Archicad 9 does it this why but I cannot figure it out in 13

welenka:

In the Parallel Projection Settings dialog box, set the Projection Type to Side View and the Azimuth to the side of the object you want to be the top when rotated.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

thank you I figured out my mistake with view and came up with this few minutes before your post 🙂

And changed my signature 😉
