Might try going to a manufacturer site and downloading a GSM. If not available, often they have an Revit (RFA) or other 3d object. You would then import using the appropriate AC object importer (File > Libraries and Objects > ....
They will often come in with a large size, but helpful until you can create your own GDL object.
