how do you auto place library parts from .lcf?

I believe someone mentioned there is a way to automatically place an instance of each library part in an .lcf file. It was probably Karl. Needless to say I can't find this. Would someone please re-post the directions or point me to the correct post?
Thanks.

There is (or was?) a command in the "Special" menu.
