Hi, I recently updated to Archicad 26, and for some reason when I open up an existing Archicad 26 project, I am missing the "Section Part marker_NCS 26.gsm" and the "NCS Drawing Title 2 26.gsm". These two library parts are commonly used in projects in our office.
Could someone please tell me how to resolve this issue? I don't know how to relink them, or where to look for them.
Thank you!

You may have opened the file in 29 and removed the model, but that does not make it a native 29 file.
It will still be based on the old version.
So, as Ling mentioned, if you have old favorites that reference old objects, they will be missing.
What does the warning section in your library manager say?
To start a truly version 29 file, it needs to be based on a default 29 template.
Otherwise look in the Help documentation for the section about migrating old files.

Ahh! What I am saying is that this is ann actual Archicas 29 file, not like opened in Archicad. The missing item doesn’t say it’s “26” or any particular number actually. Are you sure that it’s from other library?
but yes I’ll check. Not that I care for this. I wish I can just remove the item from showing as missing since I am not using it

So exactly what object are you missing?
Can you show the library manager with the warning section expanded?
The only reason something is missing is because it is used in your file and the correct library is not loaded.
If it is not a physically placed object (remember it could be in an elevation, section, detail or even a layout, not just the plan), it could be a favourite in the favourite list.
If you are not using it you have to track it down and delete it (sometime easier said than done).
If it is an object placed somewhere in the file it will be a black dot.
If it is missing from the favourites, I think the icon shows as a question mark.
Your library manager should tell you if it is a missing object or a missing favourite.
