Please give us a bit more information. A picture of the missing object report could be useful plus the exact state of the Library Manager.

Hi,
I updated to archicad 13 and uninstalled archicad 12. Was that a mistake as I now can't get hold of the archicad 12 library for my archicad 12 project files. Any help on how to get over this little hurdle would be great, thank you.

But first check the ArchiCAD 13 program folder.
There should be an ArchiCAD 12 Migration Library in it.
Try that first.

Thank you for the laszlonagy, I just added the migration library to the library manager.
Why is it always the simplest of things!
