not visible door marker

hello, i have problems with D Marker 11. in project using only standart library, and doors D1 11. so my problem is - can't see it in project.
can go to door selection settings/ dimension marker, turn off and on visibility, change colors and everything, can see it in the small preview window on bottom right, BUT CAN'T SEE IT IN MY PROJECT.

ALL ADVICES HIGHLY APPRECIATED. I'M DESPERATE NOW.
i'm working with archicad since 6.5, now with version 11.

Check the Model View Options Dialog.
Probably your Door Markers are set not to show in 2D.

hi laszlo, do you mean VIEW/ ON SCREEN VIEW OPTIONS?
pls where i can find Model View Options Dialog?

Document\Set Model View\Model View Options menu command.

Check the "With Marker" checkbox for both Doors and Windows.
