railing post height

for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get this railing post to extend up taller. You can see I have it set at 10' but it does not change no matter what I enter for height.

Select "Node" in the list on the left, then click "Reset Custom Nodes" at the bottom. Then go to Edit mode, select the Post, and set its height.
