scripting custom door frame

Hi everyone !! i Started learning GDL and i would like to know some things :

- how to script custom door frame and casing like shown in the attached image ?? ( using macros if possible , or starting from standard archicad door and modify it's script )

- scripting a custom post for railings using macros
