i need to create a drawing title the replaces the number circle in the NCS drawing title with a polygon that includes the back reference and current drawing sheet and drawing number.
i want to also have the drawing title, scale and the graphic scale per drawing.
thus, where should i start. scratch or edit an existing one? the US corps have specific guidelines about back reference as well as drawing tags.
