You can replace it by another label of the library. These other labels may have an option for rotating.

Just to correct/clarify my previous post.
Turn the window's "Dimension Marker" to "no marker".
Then, with the Label Tool selected (and the label type set to "Builder's Dim. Label"),
hover over the window (so that it is highlighted) and click.
You can drag/rotate the label as needed.
