ArchiCAD Education License Issues

We are performing an unattended installation of ArchiCAD using the following:

Archicad-28.0.0-AUS.exe --mode unattended --desktopshortcut 1 --eduSerialNumber XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX --eduUserID [email protected]

ArchiCAD installs fine, but the license activation fails. If we manually activate, it works fine though.

Anyone come across this issue?

Did you try signing in?

No. This is a deployment for classroom devices. So, shouldn't require to sign in for activation is my understanding.

It works fine if manually activated but we need the installation to be an unattended one.

Have you checked the formatting for the serial number? No spaces, not hyphens.

Hey there. Did you ever get anywhere with this? I'm running into the same boat with v29. So far support has confirmed that my key type is correct and it should work, however it just kind of... doesn't. I'm about out of options as far as what I can see and still waiting on support to get back to me after my most recent reply confirming another strikeout. Got to wondering if you got lucky in your digging and figured it out or if you were still spinning your wheels.
