Hi @Tanyabishko, you may have to contact your local distributor of Archicad for help first.

Dear @Tanyabishko,
The slowness and/or crashes in your machine can be caused by several factors. Please reach out to your local Graphisoft distributor for further assistance. Archicad should run perfectly on MacBook Pro 2022!

Do you mean I need to install archicad version 27 or upgrade to version 26?

Which version are you using? And which macOS?

Hi @Tanyabishko,
It is always recommended to have the latest update of your Archicad version. You can download the latest update here.
To be clear, you don't have to run Archicad 27 (latest version), but we recommend to run the latest update (highest "build" number) of the version that you have.
